It's gentle on the skin while effectively removing even waterproof makeup

Milk Protein Extract helps to improve skin's moisture retention and Fermented Soy Milk cultivated from 100% non GMO soy beans, helps to strengthen skin barrier and improve elasticity of skin.
DIRECTIONS
Shake well to mix the emulsion and water layers into a milky emulsion. Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover and gently wipe the eye and lip area. For stubborn waterproof makeup, leave cotton pad on eyelids or lips for a few seconds and then gently swipe to remove.
